Bellish Services LLC partnered on the redevelopment of Cohatch Polk Stables, a unique adaptive reuse project transforming an older structure into a revitalized community space. This project called for precision demolition, utility modernization, and custom grading — and our team delivered with care and craftsmanship.
Project Scope
- Erosion Control Installation & Maintenance:
We started by implementing erosion control measures to protect the site and surrounding areas. Our team ensured these systems remained in compliance and fully functional throughout all phases of work. - Selective Site Clearing:
The existing site included aged concrete slabs, stem walls, and foundations that required careful removal. We performed precision demolition and material export to prepare the area without disturbing the surrounding structure or terrain. - Fire Line & Domestic Water Service Installation:
We installed a new fire line to meet current fire protection codes and upgraded domestic water lines to supply the redeveloped structure. - Sanitary Sewer Installation with Lift Station:
One of the more complex elements of this project was the installation of a lift station basin and approximately 400 linear feet of 2″ low-pressure sewer lateral. Our team handled this specialized scope with confidence, ensuring long-term performance and reliability. - Site Grading & Landscaping Prep:
Final grading included the shaping of drainage swales to control runoff and the distribution of topsoil in designated planting zones, preparing the site for landscaping and future use.
