Cork Place

Bellish Services LLC was involved in the Cork Place project from 2020 to 2021, providing critical site preparation and utility installation for a new development. Our team handled everything from land clearing to essential infrastructure work, ensuring the site was ready for future construction.

Project Scope

• Erosion Control Installation & Maintenance:
  We began by setting up robust erosion control measures to prevent sediment runoff and protect the surrounding environment during construction. These systems were closely monitored and maintained throughout the project.
• Site Clearing:
  Our team performed extensive site clearing, which included the removal of trees, stumps, and brush to prepare the land for development. This important step ensured that the site was free of any obstacles before grading and utility work could begin.
• Site Grading:
  Site grading was carried out to create proper drainage swales and level areas for the parking lot and building pad. We filled the building pad to the required elevation, followed by the distribution of topsoil for future landscaping and construction.
• Sanitary Sewer Lateral Installation:
  We installed the necessary sanitary sewer laterals, ensuring the site would have a reliable and efficient waste management system once construction was complete.
• Domestic Water Service Installation:
  To provide essential water services, we installed the domestic water service lines, connecting the site to the local water supply system.
