Main Street Storage Expansion

Bellish Services LLC was selected to support the Main Street Storage Expansion project, which involved site preparation, utility installations, and essential infrastructure upgrades for an expanding storage facility. Our team delivered a full suite of services, ensuring that the project was completed on time and with the precision needed for future development.

Project Scope

• Erosion Control Installation & Maintenance:
  We began the project by setting up comprehensive erosion control measures to prevent sediment runoff during construction. Our team kept these systems intact and functional throughout the sitework phases.
• Site Grading, Export, & Topsoil Distribution:
  Our crew performed site grading to prepare the land for the expanded storage facility. This involved removing excess material (export) and distributing topsoil to ensure a stable foundation for the site’s new infrastructure.
• Storm Sewer System Installation:
  To manage runoff and ensure proper drainage, we installed a new storm sewer system. This system will help protect the facility and surrounding area from water damage and flooding during heavy rains.
• Private Fire Line & Fire Hydrant Installation:
  We installed a private fire line to ensure the facility has an adequate water supply in case of fire. In addition, we set up fire hydrants on-site to comply with fire safety codes and provide quick access to water for emergency services.
