Project Scope

This large-scale undertaking showcased our team’s ability to manage complex sitework operations from the ground up. Our responsibilities included:

• Erosion Control Installation & Maintenance:
  We implemented and maintained comprehensive erosion control measures throughout the project’s lifecycle, ensuring full environmental compliance and site safety. From silt fences to inlet protection and stabilized entrances, our team safeguarded the job site from unnecessary runoff and sediment issues.
• Full Site Grading & Export:
  Our crew performed precise grading operations to prepare the land for development, including the removal and export of excess material. We ensured optimal drainage flow and subgrade prep to support long-term structural stability.
• Water Main Extension:
  We installed a significant water main extension, connecting the development to existing municipal systems. This included coordination with utility providers and careful execution to meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Fire Lines, Domestic Water Lines, and Meter Vaults:
  Our work included the complete installation of underground fire protection and domestic water systems, as well as meter vaults designed for long-term accessibility and service.
• Sanitary Sewer Main Extension & Laterals:
  We extended the sanitary sewer main and installed lateral lines to service each future unit. Attention to grade, flow, and connection integrity ensured reliable operation for years to come.
• Storm Sewer System:
  A full storm sewer system was installed, including pipework, structures, and tie-ins. Our layout promoted effective stormwater management across the site and was built to handle heavy rainfall while minimizing surface disruption.
